I find that every project and Staging job is different and requires my creativity and that is one of the main reasons I love to stage homes!


Each project is unique and pricing will vary from project to project. I can work with whatever your budget may be. One way I can help you is by starting with a Consultation. This is a written detailed home staging report. In this report, I would outline in detail what needs to be done in each room. From this report, you may choose to do the work yourself or hire me to do it for you. 
If you would like me to do the work for you, I would then create a Bid for you. In the Bid - I would include Staging Fees (includes staging time, list of rooms to be staged, complimentary travel time, load and unload, de-staging and number of assistants) and possible Rental Fees of accessories or furniture you may need to Stage your rooms. 
In either situation - I can do as little or as much as you would like!
